Cultural Capability Framework and Action Plan

This practical support in implementing cultural capability delivers improvement to all operations and interactions with First Nations peoples and communities and identifies employment opportunities and pathways for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander talent.

This is a 1 – 2 years commitment to co-design with your organisation a change management program applying the principles of our Cultural Capability Action Plan. Using your Cultural Capability Framework or a co-designed Framework, we will work through the design, engagement, development and implementation stages to integrate cultural capability throughout your organisation to work seamlessly within existing operations. Our unique across all levels approach ensures the change is systemic while our evidence-based staff engagement tools ensure the changes are embraced and championed.
